Congressman Dick Armey's website ( http://www.freedom.gov/auto/ ) contained a big section about red light cameras, including the above-entitled 20-page position paper, and many links to official studies, reports, and other documents.   Armey retired in January 2003 and as of Fall 2003 his site was down, so I have provided the replica, below.
