2015 Court of Appeal Decision - People (Riverside) v. Rek--

 
This case involved a right turn ticket where the turn was not controlled by a green arrow and where the City claimed that the yellow for the through traffic met the minimum requirement but the defendant's expert witness showed it to be slightly too short.

This decision was published.
